Effective 1 November 2026. This notice describes how the VMINFOSEC website handles information submitted through the enquiry form.

Information and purpose

The form collects your name, email address, organisation (if supplied), selected service, message and acknowledgement of this notice. These details are used to respond to your enquiry and coordinate a potential engagement. Please do not submit sensitive information.

Where information goes

Enquiries are sent to the configured business mailbox through the hosting provider’s mail service. This application does not retain message bodies in a database. Mailbox and hosting administrators may access information as needed to operate the service.

Security data and cookies

The enquiry page uses a temporary session cookie to protect form submissions. A keyed hash of the network address is used for rate limiting; expired records are removed on subsequent submissions after one hour. Hosting access logs may contain network addresses and request information. This package includes no advertising, third-party analytics or embedded tracking services.

Retention and your choices

Enquiry correspondence is retained only as needed to handle the enquiry and meet applicable obligations. You may request access, correction or deletion by replying to the business correspondence you receive. Do not submit the form if you do not wish these details to be processed.

International handling

VMINFOSEC lists virtual offices in the UAE and India. Information access and hosting locations depend on the chosen service providers and the engagement. Ask for confirmation of applicable arrangements before sharing confidential information.
